MG400 is an ultra compact desktop robotic arm, with a base size smaller than an A4 sheet. It is safe for human collaboration, easy to use and quick to implement, making it perfect for automating flexible productions in small batches. With a maximum payload of 750g, a maximum radius of action of 440mm, drag-to-teach and collision detection functions, the MG400 is a cost-effective option for intelligent automation tasks.

The MG400 has an all-in-one design that fits effortlessly into a 190mm x 190mm space. It is portable and ideal for flexible production.

 

Professional Performance

M400 is equipped with servo motors with a high-precision absolute encoder Coupled with a self-developed servo drive and controller, the robot’s repeatability is measured up to ±0.05mm. With the vibration suppression algorithm in the controller and ensured trajectory accuracy of multi-axis motion the repeatability bandwidth stabilization time is accelerated by 60%, and the residual vibration by 70%.

 

Simplicity to use

With drag to teach, the MG400 is designed to be easy to use. MG400 lowers the learning barrier of automation and is preferred by many small and medium enterprises.

 

Wide range of programming options

In addition to drag-to-teach, MG400 can be programmed using Lua and the graphical interface, suitable for developers of all levels.
